Best Agent I’ve ever worked with

I’ve owned property since the 90s. At my peak, I owned 23 places. Currently 15. I can tell you that Brenton is the best agent I’ve ever worked with. Not sure how he does it, given how mediocre others are by comparison. I’ve worked with other family based agents, but his operation is next level. He’s honest, but of course slick like them all. He’s a slow burner, who builds up your confidence in him with one delivered outcome after another, over years. In my experience, he’s a sure bet. He doesn’t need your business. You need his.

Exceptional experience

From the moment I decided to put my investment property on the market, Liana was a joy to work with. From the pre-inspection process, through inspections and the sale process, I could not have been better supported. Liana stayed in contact at all times and continually kept me updated with regard to the sales process. Liana had previously been my agent for the leasing of the property and has always been a pleasure to deal with. I cannot rate Liana high enough and for an interstate seller, where the process could have been a bit more stressful, this was certainly not the case. I would recommend Liana to anyone looking to sell their property. Know that you will be in the best hands.

Liana was amazing and can handle even the most difficult of clients!

My experience with Liana and her company has been nothing short of incredible. I definitely wasn’t the easiest client to deal with being it my first house, being interstate for the entire process and being fairly poor with my emails/paperwork etc. Liana was super knowledgeable and able to answer any questions or concerns I had, in which were plentiful. All of the styling was organised for the showings so I didn’t have to concern myself with that, aswell as the gardening taken care of. Liana may have even gotten her hands a little dirty herself. I could tell from day one that customer satisfaction is there number one priority and the fact that they sold my house substantially over asking price was a massive bonus. I couldn’t recommend Liana and her team enough! Thankyou so much, you’ll be hearing from me for my next sale!
