Renovating Vs Re-styling

Depending on budget sometimes just re-styling can lift the home. Every home and client is different when appraising your home we can also give tips from our professional experience to get you the best result in the sale process.

Some require more TLC than others. Some are in need of renovations, some just a coat of paint or some carpet to bring it to life and others cleaver styling.

Open Inspections

Open inspections are held each week on a Saturday for 30-45 minutes. This gives purchasers a chance to walk through and determine if the property will suit their needs and wants as well as ask any questions.

We take names and numbers at the door and chat to clients before they enter, during and after to understand what purchasers are thinking about the property.  This helps us to give you detailed information and recommendations on how best to proceed.

Internet Advertising

Internet advertising is now the most looked at and used form of advertising.

Having a professional, intriguing advertisement on the internet is the first time most people will see your property and will decide if they are going to attend the inspections via the photos and description. This is a top priority for us to advertise your property in the best light, to target market your property.

Photography

We use professional photographers for internet and print marketing. Having photos that show off the assets of the property is crucial for marketing your property.

As humans we are visually aware of everything we see. We judge and make assumptions in a split second without even thinking about it. When buyers judge and make assumptions about your property from the first photo they see.

Signing Contacts and Settlement

Both the vendor and the purchaser will sign the Form 1 documents and contract. Once signed the purchaser has 2 business days to ‘cool off’ and decide if they want to continue with the purchase. Once cooling off is completed and there are no other conditions to be met both parties wait the specified time until settlement where keys are exchanged. We will keep you informed throughout the entire process.

Brochures and Signboards

We will produce professional sign boards for the front of your property and brochures to hand out at the opens. These help to advertise your property but giving all who drive past information about your property sparking interest. The brochures are a reminder for people when they get home to share with family and friends keeping it top of mind while they are deciding.
